Diane Adams – Principal Broker

When you’re buying or selling a home, experience matters — and so does trust.

Diane Adams has spent decades helping clients successfully navigate the real estate market with steady guidance, honest advice, and a calm, solution-focused approach. As a licensed real estate professional since 1975 and an Oregon Principal Broker since 2001, Diane brings nearly half a century of industry knowledge to every transaction.

Her career began in Hawaii, where she followed in the footsteps of her mother, a highly respected real estate professional who served the Honolulu community for more than 60 years. Diane quickly discovered that helping people through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives was not just a career — it was her passion.

After moving to Southern Oregon in 1995, Diane continued building her reputation as a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers throughout the region. Since 2011 alone, she has personally listed and sold more than 400 properties, guiding clients through every type of market — competitive markets, shifting markets, and everything in between.

Clients appreciate Diane’s ability to bring clarity and strategy to the process. She is known for being steady, honest, and highly solution-oriented, helping her clients make confident decisions whether they are buying their first home, selling a longtime family property, or navigating a complex transaction.

Diane’s leadership in the industry reflects the trust she has earned among her peers. She has served on the **Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors (2020–2022), Advisory Director (2023), and currently serves as the 2024 President. She also previously hosted “The Real Estate Show” on **KMED 1440 Radio for ten years and was featured in The Wall Street Journal discussing market trends and builder incentives.

Born on a military base in Tokyo and raised in Chicago before moving to Hawaii, Diane graduated from Punahou Academy and studied at the University of Hawaii and at the UH Small Business School. Her diverse background and global perspective continue to shape the way she approaches relationships and service.

Above all, Diane believes real estate is about people. Her philosophy is simple:

"I want to offer the best consultation and first-class service for any of your real estate needs. I work honestly, steadfastly, and with wisdom — because your success is my success."

When she’s not helping clients, Diane enjoys traveling, crocheting, baking, and spending time with her daughters, grandson, and her dog Daisy.
